Meeting Room 1/ Meeting Room 2

Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2 are identical in size and can be combined for a larger meeting space. Each room accommodates up to 24 people when using tables and chairs, or up to 35 people when using only chairs. When combined, the rooms accommodate up to 36 people when using tables and chairs, or up to 75 people when using only chairs. 

Meeting rooms are each equipped with a podium, large screen display with HDMI input, and dry erase board. Additional fees may apply for AV equipment use.

Auditorium

The auditorium located on the lower level of the library can accommodate 280 people in theatre style seating. The auditorium has a podium with stationary microphone and a drop-down projection screen. Additional fees may apply for AV equipment use.

Scottsdale Heritage Connection Program Room

The SHC Program Room located on the main floor of the library can accommodate 18 people using tables or a maximum capacity of 28 people if only chairs are arranged in rows. The meeting room has a dry erase board and a large screen display with HDMI input.
