Library Shop Sorting & Pricing
Do you enjoy books and other library materials? Volunteers in this role help sort, organize, and price donated items for sale in our Library Shops. This position will primarily focus on children's, middle grade, and young adult books and media, though volunteers may occasionally assist with other materials as needed. Attention to detail and an interest in books are helpful. This is a physical role that requires bending, reaching, standing, and pushing carts of materials. No prior experience is necessary—all training will be provided.

Public Computer Cleaning & Library Support
Help keep our library welcoming and ready for the community! Volunteers in this role clean and sanitize public computers, monitors, keyboards, and other high-touch surfaces before the library opens. Volunteers also assist with light library support tasks, such as preparing scrap paper and restocking golf pencils at public computer stations. This is a physical role that requires standing, walking, reaching, and moving for extended periods. All supplies and training are provided. Shifts are available on weekday and/or weekend mornings before the library opens, typically one to two times per week.
If interested, please reach out to Alexa Starry.
Pony Express at Appaloosa Library is temporary unavailable on the weekends while maintenance is being completed. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
