ReadUp Scottsdale

The Scottsdale Public Library’s Read Up Tutoring Program is designed to improve the academic achievement of at-risk first and second grade students by developing and strengthening their oral language and early literacy skills. This program will take place after school at the Civic Center Library, twice a week, for one hour long tutoring sessions led by a trained volunteer. Eligibility is based on tested at risk reading level, staffing, and space.

Registration is required. To register, download, print, and fill out an application. Once you have completed the application, return it to the Youth Department at Civic Center Library.
